Chicago born and bred, Guadalís Del Carmen is an Ars Nova Resident Artist, a Black Lives Black Words Artistic Associate, and Co-Creator of the Latinx Playwrights Circle. Oscar A. L. Cabrera is a New York based Actor/playwright born of Texas. His plays include Through Andrew's Eyes (WAGG Hudson Warehouse, INTAR's New Works Lab, Rising Circle, Black and Latino Playwrights Conference 2016), Maybe You Should Just (EWG Public Theater), ReSpec(Spectrum Theater Ensemble), Pennies and Bolts (Labyrinth Theater Mofo Hat Festival), as well as over ten original ten minutes plays through The Flea Theater Serials and multiple years of One-Minute-Play-Festival. In 2020, he led the Economic Justice Committee for accountability of The Flea Theater's treatment of artists. He is currently the Co-Artistic Director and the Co-Founder of the Latinx Playwrights Circle, an organization with the blunt aim of increasing Latinx representation across all fields in New York Theater. He leads the Intensive Mentorship, a program he originated with Guadalís Del Carmen, partnering peers with mentors in the field and supports numerous New Play Development across the organization.

Born and Raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico Janio moved to New York in 2000 to pursue a career in theater. He has performed, directed and produced Off-Broadway since 2003. Janio held Facilities Director, Technical Director, and Production Manager and Producing Director positions until being promoted to Cherry Lane Theatre’s Co-Artistic Director which he did for 2 years. Janio is an Interview Panelist for the Administrative Fellowship Program at Harlem Stage, a Producer for The Chicago Sketch Comedy Festival, Executive Director for the Latinx Playwrights Circle of NYC, Founder of the Indestructible: Campaign, Producing Director for the Power Grid Festival, Board President of Roots and Action/ Raices y Accion. Janio is a member of the F.U.C.T. comedy troupe were he directed, wrote and performed for over 15 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from Fordham University with honors in Directing, Producing and Performance Concentration.

Alisha Espinosa is a Boricua writer, actor, theatermaker, and teaching artist based in NYC. She is a 2022 Audrey Resident at New Georges and an Artist In Residence at the Latinx Playwrights Circle through the Creatives Rebuild New York Artist Employment Program. She was a member of Clubbed Thumb’s Early Career Writers Group (’21-22), a finalist for the Eugene O’Neill 2021 NPC (The Language of the Unheard), and commissioned for the 48 Hours in El Bronx 2021 Digital Festival. Nelson Diaz-Marcano is a Latinx NYC-based playwright, activist, and an administrator at Atlantic Theater Company and a core member of the Latinx Playwright Circle. Nelson's main artistic mission is to raise awareness about the contrasting cultures in this nation and explore how they all fit together in the American experiment.

Nelson’s plays have been produced and developed throughout the country by organizations such as Milagro Theatre, The William Inge Theatre Festival, Wordsmyth, Classical Theatre of Harlem, and The Parsnip Ship. His award-winning plays include "Rabiosa" (2018 Samuel French OOB Festival, now published by Samuel French), "The Diplomats" (winner of 4 awards including Best Play at 2017 Fresh Fruit Festival, now published by Original Works), and "Radical" (2016 Downtown Urban Arts Festival. His other plays include: “Paper Towels” (Intar), “I Saw Jesus in Toa Baja” (William Inge Theatre Festival), “World Classic” (Ingenio Milagro 2018; The Parsnip Ship), “Revolt” (World Premiere - Vision Latino Theatre Company), “El Yunque in English” (Citi Theatre Shorts Finalist), “Into The River I Went” (Step 1 Theatre Project), and “Prison Song” (2013 Downtown Urban Arts Festival).

As a community organizer, Nelson has worked with multiple organizations both to create more inclusive spaces and to innovate fundraising efforts for various causes, including Hurricane Maria and climate change. He has organized events and short play festivals spotlighting queer, POC and mental health issues, including curating new work specifically for these events. These experiences inform his work as Community Outreach Coordinator at Off-Broadway's Atlantic Theater Company and as a member of the LatinX Playwrights Circle.

Rebecca Aparicio is a Cuban-American director and writer. Recent directing includes Beastgirl (Kennedy Center, world premiere), House on the Lagoon (Gala Hispanic Theatre, world premiere), Sarita (Roundabout Refocus Reading Series), and Siluetas (O’Neill Theatre Center). As a director, she’s developed new work with American Repertory Theatre, Philadelphia Theatre Company, McCarter Theatre, EST, Musical Theatre Factory, Classical Theatre of Harlem, Ars Nova, Syracuse University, Parsnip Ship, The Tank, and more. Past Fellowships: Roundabout Theatre’s Inaugural Directing Group, MTC Jonathan Alper Directing Fellow, The COOP’s Clusterf**k Writing Cohort, and a two-time SDCF Observership Award recipient. Danny Borba is an actor, singer, dancer, social media manager and EDI dramaturg based in New York City and originally from Utah.  He has worked with multiple organizations like the Daniels Fund and LAByrinth Theater Company, among others. He just finished performing as El Mountain Lion with the National Tour of El Otro Oz produced by TheaterWorks and has performed at Mill Mountain Theater in Bright Star, Stellaluna, and Escape to Margaritaville, as well as Pioneer Theater in Elf The Musical. He was also seen as Frog in A Year With Frog and Toad and Ryker in SLACabaret: Down the Rabbit Hole, both at Salt Lake Acting Company. Other past credits also include the Ensemble in Aftershock (Plan-B Theatre) and Henry V/King of France in Henry V and the musical Songs for a New World (University of Utah). He has also recently been working on the TV show High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. He is represented by Act One Management in New York and Talent Management Group in Utah. 

He is a recent graduate of the Actor Training Program at the University of Utah, as well as their Ethnic Studies program. He is proud to be of Mexican and Argentine descent. 

CHRISTIN EVE CATO (she/her) is an award-winning playwright, dramaturg, poet, educator, lyricist, songwriter, and performing artist, emerging from the vibrant streets of the Bronx, bringing with her a profound artistic narrative steeped in the rich tapestry of her Puerto Rican and Jamaican roots. Cato’s voice is often distinguished for her ability to create universal stories grounded in advocacy for human rights and social justice. She holds esteemed positions such as ensemble member and former Resident Dramaturg at Pregones/PRTT, a founding UNIT 52 ensemble member at INTAR Theatre, and a playwright in the WP Theater 2022-2024 Pipeline Lab. Additionally, she is an affiliated artist at the Playwrights Center, a longtime member of The Latinx Playwrights Circle, an associated artist with The Sol Project, and a seasonal roundtable dramaturg at the Musical Theatre Factory. Recent New York City productions include the 2025 World Premiere of O.K.! (INTAR Theatre), 2024 Obie Award-Winning play Sancocho (WP Theater/LPC/Sol); The Diamond (The People’s Theatre Project ); American Made (Samuel French OOB Festival); an audio play journey, The Mayor of Hell’s Kitchen Presents: A Time Traveling Journey Through NYC’s Wild West (The Parsnip Ship & Playwrights Horizons), and The Good Cop (DUTF @ Theatre Row). Her work has also been developed and produced regionally at Geva Theatre (NY), La Jolla Playhouse, The Folger Theatre, Visión Latino Theatre Company (Chicago), Teatro Vivo (Austin), and The Silverton Theatre Mine (Colorado). Recognitions include the 2021 ReImagine New Plays in TYA grant; second-place prize winner in the 2023 Miranda Family Voces Latinx Competition; the 2023 HOLA award nomination for Outstanding Achievement in Playwriting; and an awardee of the 2023 Negocios Now: 40 Under 40– celebrating Latinx excellence in New York City. She has an MFA in Playwriting from Indiana University and a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from Fordham University.  Stephanie Chloé Hepner is an Argentinian born and raised multi-hyphenate: actor, director, writer and producer. Her latest film, Betty Bird Goes to War (starring Luna Lauren Velez and Jackie Cruz) earned her a Best Director Award by the LA International Cinema Festival and is selected at Warner Brother’s NY Latino Film Festival and Nvision Latin Film Festival, among others.  She co-directed and produced Daddy Issues, which premiered at the Tribeca Festival in 2023. This past summer she co-wrote, directed and starred in the play Platinum Pussy (June ‘24, Honorable Mention) at Hollywood Fringe Festival. She’s a proud board member and former Director of Development at Latinx Playwrights Circle, after working with Janio Marrero on the Indestructible: Campaign.  Acting credits include Law & Order, New Amsterdam, The Equalizer, Rizo (HBO). In 2018, she produced her first feature, A Boy Like That. A 2022 Kino Guarimba Film Fellow in Italy, she’s studied theatre and film in Argentina, Villa La Pietra in Florence, and is an NYU Tisch graduate.
